Double-digit growth for some properties, a solid operating model, and new openings on the horizon: the Group confirms its growth trajectory between Rome and Milan.
LVRH closed 2025 with €28 million in revenue and an EBITDA of €9 million, confirming the strength of its operating model and the effectiveness of its growth strategy. Some of the Group’s properties recorded increases of up to 20%, reflecting a positive performance that is well distributed across the entire portfolio.
A year in which the Group strengthened its presence in the Rome and Milan markets, consolidating relationships with partners and guests and continuing to invest in the quality of the guest experience.
Although it is an evolving organization, LVRH can rely on a well-established ownership and properties that are already recognized in the market, alongside a new generation of professionals who bring energy, expertise, and a forward-looking vision.
“We are already above the 2025 figures. This confirms the Group’s commitment to continuous growth and evolution, strengthening existing properties and developing new opportunities,” said Fabrizio Roscioli, Owner & Chief Operating Officer of LVRH.
In line with this development strategy, the Group will open the Canopy by Hilton Milan Duomo this year and is evaluating new assets in Bologna and Verona, with openings planned over the next five years.
